What you will do

• Plan and deliver technical programming for local and regional EMEA events to ensure sustainable scaling.
• Track deadlines and deliverables for content, including digital and physical assets, while managing vendors.
• Maintain internal tools and the public website for event agendas and speaker content.
• Own the onsite speaker experience for internal and customer speakers, including rehearsals and staffing.
• Collaborate with Community teams and the VP of Community to align on goals and impact.
• Create and refine processes with a focus on automation, scaling, and continual improvement.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of program management experience leading large-scale conferences in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to partner with technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven approach to building workflows, intake processes, and estimation models.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.
• Business level English and French proficiency.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
