Senior Project Manager/Program Manager (French)

Location: Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania, with regular on-site work in Paris, France required for discovery and migration cutovers; the role is not fully remote.

What you will do

• Lead on-site discovery of infrastructure, applications, and dependencies at the Paris site.
• Own planning and execution of migration cutovers that cannot be performed remotely.
• Coordinate the client IT organization, acquired local IT team, and hirify.global delivery team.
• Build trust with local stakeholders and use institutional knowledge to accelerate issue resolution.
• Track and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions throughout discovery and cutover.
• Represent hirify.global's delivery approach and align execution with client objectives.

Requirements

• Be based in France or spend meaningful, regular time on site in Paris.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure and IT migration projects end to end, including discovery and cutover.
• Experience serving as the primary on-site point of contact for technical topics and daily project coordination.
• Advanced stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Strong collaboration skills for building trust with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments or the life sciences sector.
• Strong working proficiency in French for on-site collaboration in Paris.
