Repair Program Manager (F/H) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Consolidate the worldwide repair operational situation by aircraft program and provide visibility to stakeholders and management.
• Lead quarterly reviews and monitor repair costs, identifying gaps and initiating corrective actions.
• Represent Repair Management in transversal Flight Hour Services meetings and align on critical customer needs.
• Prepare, review, and challenge supplier recovery plans, including backlog burn-down plans.
• Lead departmental projects focused on cost avoidance, logistics, repair backlog reduction, and KPI development.
• Coordinate with Repair Managers worldwide, act as the first escalation path, and drive repair performance improvements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in program or repair management.
• Strong rigor, organization, initiative, and ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Structured communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot, simplify, and resolve complex situations.
• Focus on cost control, delivery lead-time improvement, and global repair backlog reduction.
