What you will do

• Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across multiple features and squads.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution.
• Integrate diverse financial services including insurance, payments, savings, and investing.
• Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Foster a product culture based on speed, user value, and honest measurement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading digital product areas (beyond individual features).
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and business outcomes.
• Strong judgement in prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products is a strong advantage.
