What you will do

• Take full end-to-end ownership of a core product area, from strategy to commercial outcomes.
• Define the product vision and roadmap based on deep customer insights and first-principles thinking.
• Build and execute GTM processes to drive product-market fit and revenue growth.
• Act as the central hub connecting engineering, design, GTM, and customer success teams.
• Engage directly with senior enterprise stakeholders to build narratives and close deals.
• Translate complex financial workflow challenges into scalable, elegant product solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work from the office.
• Proven experience in zero-to-one product development or founding a company.
• Strong product fundamentals with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Commercial experience with B2B enterprise stakeholders.
• First-principles thinking and ability to operate with high autonomy.
• STEM degree or equivalent intellectual horsepower.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, accounting, or enterprise finance software.
• Prior founding experience or tenure at top-tier VC-backed startups.
• Product experience at high-bar companies like Stripe or Plaid.
