What you will do

• Define and champion product vision for AI products, focusing on agentic workflows and autonomous task completion.
• Design and evaluate AI outputs using LLM-as-judge protocols and SME evaluation cycles.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to translate business needs into technical model capabilities.
• Develop data strategies for annotation quality and ground truth curation to improve model performance.
• Track metrics to measure client and business benefits of AI implementations.
• Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, bias monitoring, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years of experience focused on ML or GenAI products.
• Working knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Ability to use Python notebooks and SQL to analyze model outputs and usage data.
• Experience shipping probabilistic AI products and managing the tension between research and production.
• Strong stakeholder management and user-centric communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, legal tech, or data/analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with credit markets, debt instruments, or regulatory workflows.
• Experience with NLP for document analysis (contracts, financial reports).
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and multi-step AI workflows.
