What you will do

• Translate product strategy into actionable direction and clear priorities for the Core Experience team.
• Lead product discovery using research, analytics, and experimentation to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes.
• Own the successful delivery and success metrics for your product area, ensuring measurable value for patients and the business.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI, ML, and intelligent systems to evolve the user experience beyond traditional interfaces.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, and Clinical cohorts.
• Maintain a high bar for product quality, focusing on patient engagement, treatment adherence, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product for high-quality consumer digital products.
• Experience shipping mobile products used by large numbers of customers.
• Strong track record of translating strategy into successful execution and owning complex product areas.
• Solid understanding of AI-enabled digital products and how intelligent behavior improves UX.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in London.

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Experience building AI-enabled consumer products.
