What you will do

• Own and execute the enterprise product marketing strategy, including market segmentation, persona research, and ICP definition.
• Develop compelling positioning and narratives tailored for both technical evaluators and business stakeholders.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for key launches, features, and strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Create and optimize sales enablement materials to empower Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on enterprise priorities.
• Bring structure and prioritization to the enterprise PMM function, focusing on high-impact opportunities.

Requirements

• Senior Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically with technical products.
• Proven expertise in enterprise positioning, GTM strategy, and sales enablement.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise buying cycles and high-value customers.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Must have existing right to work in Europe (unless relocating to Germany via sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience in workflow automation, developer tools, infrastructure, integrations, or AI.
• Background or interest in open-source or fair-code business models.
• Experience in high-growth scale-ups building PMM processes from scratch.
