Lead Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Fully onsite in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do

• Drive a portfolio of complex, cross-functional technical programs and strategic initiatives.
• Lead organization-wide change management, prioritization, requirements planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify high-impact operational toil and replace repetitive workflows with AI-enabled tools and agents.
• Design, develop, and deploy internal tooling that uses LLMs as a core part of its functionality.
• Apply software engineering practices including API design, architecture, version control, code reviews, CI/CD, and production readiness.
• Build high-performing teams and align leadership around cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience focused on strategic initiatives and cross-functional technical program management.
• Experience delivering projects by aligning leadership and driving cross-functional execution.
• Foundational understanding of software engineering and development practices, including system architecture, clean code, and deployment.
• Experience with AI and automation tooling for eliminating repetitive operational work.
• Ability to combine strategic infrastructure development with tactical execution in high-growth environments.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

• Experience building automation with n8n and Cursor.
