Technical Program Manager (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead new-region build-out programs covering infrastructure readiness, compliance dependencies, and cross-team execution.
• Own developer enablement infrastructure initiatives that support platform adoption, developer productivity, and operational scalability.
• Build integrated delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, forecasts, status reporting, and risk management.
• Coordinate engineering, security, compliance, product, architecture, and platform stakeholders.
• Resolve impediments and dependencies, manage exceptions, and drive automation and operational improvements.
• Champion Agile and Lean practices, lead retrospectives, and improve delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-team initiatives in technical environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Software Architect, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems, including APIs and services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or platform programs with significant dependencies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO, or government cloud.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure build-out, regional expansion, or platform enablement initiatives.
• Experience partnering with security, compliance, and architecture teams.
• Interest in operational excellence, process improvement, and scalable delivery practices.
