What you will do

• Launch and evolve high-impact products with product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Own and drive complex cross-functional projects, managing end-to-end development.
• Identify key dependencies and risks, partnering with teams to resolve them proactively.
• Align priorities with DevLeads, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leaders.
• Assist teams with transformation and optimize their workflows.
• Influence the organization and challenge the status quo using soft power.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Project Management, helping teams structure plans.
• Ability to tailor communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Keen sense of ownership and experience balancing resources and priorities.
• Good communication skills in English.
