Manufacturing Program Manager

Location: Singapore, SGP. The role includes approximately 10% travel and may require work in a clean room with appropriate personal protective equipment.

What you will do

• Lead product transitions between Austin and Singapore, factory ramp projects, and manufacturing readiness activities for new and existing products.
• Coordinate strategic programs with Operations, Manufacturing, NPI, Supply Chain, and Logistics stakeholders.
• Own manufacturing transition programs, including planning, execution, risk management, schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive delivery against cost, quality, delivery, capacity, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Develop manufacturing line designs and scalable production strategies, while improving labor efficiency, factory utilization, and operational performance.
• Coordinate shortage mitigation, outsource vendor deliveries, high-risk parts mitigation, and business continuity initiatives for MDP Singapore.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in large-scale project and program management.
• Experience with technology strategy implementation, such as ERP, analytics, supply chain technology, manufacturing, NPI transition, or AI/ML.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Additional functional experience in Operations and Supply Chain is advantageous.
