What you will do

• Build and lead a lean enterprise transformation group focused on strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate executive priorities into scoped engagements with sponsors, owners, measurable outcomes, and value targets.
• Lead initiatives from diagnosis and rapid prototyping through future-state design, implementation, adoption, stabilization, and handoff.
• Redesign workflows, data flows, decision rights, controls, operating cadences, and enabling technology across functions.
• Establish governance, prioritization, escalation, benefit validation, and closed-loop delivery methods.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with Finance, IT, data, operations, commercial, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with 12+ years of relevant experience; equivalent paths include a master’s degree with 10 years or a PhD with 8 years.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional transformations from diagnosis through implementation and sustained adoption.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including business-case development, benefit measurement, and value realization.
• Executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, influence, and multidisciplinary team leadership skills.
• Experience in semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, electronics, capital equipment, or high-mix manufacturing.
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing operations, service or logistics, digital transformation, enterprise planning, analytics, workflow, automation, AI, ERP, planning, or data platforms.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma, change management, program management, or process-design certification.
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline.
