What you will do

• Partner with GTM channel and cluster teams to support financially sound decisions and profitable growth.
• Own channel and top-account P&Ls, set targets, define spending guidelines, and track progress.
• Lead forecasting through channel strategies, guidelines, and bottom-up customer planning.
• Coordinate cluster execution planning and budget allocation in line with product category and channel strategies.
• Provide analytics and guidance on top-account performance, activity pipelines, and investment optimization.
• Supervise customer onboarding and deboarding from the finance perspective.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of FP&A experience in an international environment, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, or the PC industry.
• Expert-level Excel skills and familiarity with Essbase and Oracle.
• University degree.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to prioritize, create structure, and balance pace with controls in a fast-changing business environment.
• Experience working in matrix and multicultural organizations and communicating with management.
