What you will do

• Partner with GTM Channel and Cluster Teams to drive profitable growth and sound financial decision-making.
• Own Channel and Top Accounts P&Ls, including setting targets and developing spending guidelines.
• Facilitate the forecasting process through channel strategy and bottom-up customer planning.
• Coordinate Finance Team efforts to help clusters achieve targets through actionable analytics.
• Provide guidance on Top Accounts performance and investment optimization.
• Supervise the financial aspects of the customer on-boarding and de-boarding process.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of FP&A experience in an international environment (FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or PC industry).
• Expert proficiency in Excel, ESSbase, and Oracle.
• University Degree.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in matrix/functional structures and multicultural environments.
