Senior Manager FP&A

Location: Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany. Employees may work fully from the office or partially from home and the office. Relocation support is available for moves to Munich from more than 300 km away. Visa process support is provided. Workation is available for up to four weeks twice per year from another country in the European Union.

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, bottom-up planning, and consolidated cash flow forecasting.
• Build and maintain property-level and business-line financial analyses.
• Ensure accurate and timely investor reporting in line with lender and investor requirements.
• Identify reporting automation opportunities and maintain reusable reporting templates and frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders on business reviews, variance analysis, financial investigations, dashboards, and executive KPI commentary.
• Support treasury software evaluation, intra-group fund flows, foreign exchange and interest rate exposure analysis, and hedging recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in FP&A, treasury, controlling, or a comparable analytical finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, financial statement analysis, KPI analysis, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with reporting, business intelligence, or enterprise performance management tools and large datasets.
• Ability to work independently, manage structured processes, and deliver consistently against commitments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Business-fluent English required; German proficiency is advantageous.
