What you will do

• Design and implement high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Optimize data structures across Snowflake, DynamoDB, and Cassandra.
• Build resilient stateful workflow orchestration using Temporal.
• Ensure microservices adhere to strict FedRAMP security, compliance, and observability standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical epics from architectural design to production deployment.
• Apply SRE principles to maintain system resilience and achieve Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

Requirements

• US Citizenship (Required for FedRAMP compliance)
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang for backend system development.
• Extensive experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven patterns.
• Direct experience with Snowflake, DynamoDB, and Cassandra.
• Solid understanding of SRE principles and telemetry/observability tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Temporal or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience working on Big Data or Machine Learning products.
• Proficiency in Continuous Delivery pipelines.
