What you will do

• Load, validate, and reconcile billing data for customer bookings to ensure accurate invoice generation.
• Monitor automated invoicing processes and resolve root causes in exception queues.
• Process manual invoices for transactions not supported by automation.
• Handle billing queries via Freshdesk, liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile credit card spend and maintain accurate ledger coding, validating VAT and taxes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to optimize billing workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance administration.
• Strong numerical accuracy and confidence working with high-volume transactional data.
• Proficiency in financial systems, billing platforms, CRM tools, and Excel.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• One of the following: AAT (Level 2–4), NVQ Level 2/3 in Accounting/Finance, Degree/HND in Finance/Business, or a relevant Diploma/Certificate.
• Based in Manchester, UK.
