What you will do

• Manage the full billing and invoicing process across global entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing through ERP and specialized billing platforms.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and lead collection efforts.
• Maintain high data accuracy in NetSuite and other financial systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to support deal execution.
• Assist with AR-related reporting, audits, and internal controls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AR, billing, or finance operations, preferably in a global SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for a full-time hybrid role in London.
