What you will do

• Review contracts for revenue and billing compliance.
• Create and manage invoice and revenue schedules.
• Collaborate with sales to address billing and customer set-up inquiries.
• Contact clients to resolve past-due invoices and submit invoices in AP portals.
• Communicate remittance information to the cash application team.
• Assist with month-end closing duties and maintain clean master data.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
• 2+ years of successful experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Accounting Degree.
• Functional knowledge of Revenue 606.
• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle.
