Senior Product Manager (Energy): Leading the strategy and scaling of commodity propositions to help customers reduce energy consumption with an accent on sustainable energy systems and portfolio optimization. Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands (40% office attendance required)
Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 gross annual

What you will do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for ’s commodity proposition portfolio.
- Lead the development and scaling of customer-focused propositions such as VoordeelMomenten and Happy Power.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and data science teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Partner with commercial, pricing, legal, and marketing stakeholders to align product direction with business goals.
- Identify portfolio gaps and build business cases for new strategic initiatives.
- Drive product decisions through customer insights, data, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of a product or portfolio.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling products from early stage to maturity.
- Experience working with OKRs and making data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience operating within agile engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and handle ambiguity.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
