TL;DR
Product Manager (SaaS, AI): Leading the building team to develop energy management software with an accent on agentic engineering and data-driven problem statements. Focus on bridging the gap between customer needs and engineering execution while coaching a product team.
Location: Hybrid working environment in Eindhoven, Netherlands
Salary: €7,500–€8,500 gross per month

What you will do
- Define clear, evidence-based problem statements and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
- Manage and coach a Product Lead and two Product Designers through regular 1:1s and performance conversations.
- Integrate agentic engineering thinking into the product function and automate PM workflows using AI.
- Conduct customer interviews and analyze usage data to identify root problems and market signals.
- Collaborate with the CGO and CPTO to refine product strategy and prioritize trade-offs.
- Establish and manage feedback loops to validate that shipped features solve the intended customer problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS environment (hard requirement).
- Proven experience in people management, including coaching and performance leadership.
- AI tools must be deeply embedded in your professional workflow and automation practices.
- Genuine curiosity and understanding of agentic engineering and its impact on product thinking.
- Strong discovery instincts and the ability to build effective information flows from sales, marketing, and delivery.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Conversational proficiency in Dutch.
- Familiarity with GitLab.
