What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Lead the transformation of hirify.global into a product-driven organization with a strong customer focus.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Product Managers to foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive alignment between Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Define commercial value propositions and drive data-informed product decisions via KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or scaling a product-driven organization.
• Leadership experience in Product Management within complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of modern product operating models and agile software development.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
