TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (SaaS): Leading the development and execution of impactful SaaS product strategies with an accent on Product Led Growth (PLG) and self-serve adoption. Focus on architecting onboarding funnels, optimizing usage-driven monetization, and collaborating with engineering to build scalable API-first solutions.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or near Amersfoort, NL or Ghent, BE; 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, developing detailed business cases and roadmaps.
- Architect and optimize self-serve onboarding funnels, in-product upgrade paths, and usage-driven monetization tiers.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to build scalable API-first software architectures and core platform integrations.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, pitching business cases and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Define and track product KPIs, utilizing analytics and customer insights to prioritize the backlog.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing SaaS products within an agile environment.
- Proven track record of implementing Product Led Growth (PLG) strategies and optimizing user funnels.
- Deep familiarity with campaign management systems, online ordering networks, POS integrations, or API-first architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of making high-impact, data-backed prioritization decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
