Senior Product Manager One Up (Home Appliances): Leading consumer-centric product strategy and complex innovation programs from value proposition and business case development through launch and lifecycle management with an accent on technology-intensive product development, consumer satisfaction, and portfolio optimization. Focus on driving breakthrough concepts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and improving product competitiveness and business outcomes in Home Care.

Location: Netherlands, with an office in Amsterdam. Balanced office-based working with flexibility to work from home based on team needs and individual circumstances.

What you will do

Develop product category strategy and translate it into product project specifications.
Create consumer-centric value propositions, benchmark competitors, analyze portfolio gaps, and optimize product competitiveness.
Build business cases covering sales impact, ROI, IGM%, and product range mix, including SKU optimization.
Represent consumers throughout end-to-end product development, partnering with project leaders and UX teams to validate acceptance and satisfaction.
Use market and consumer feedback after launch to drive corrective actions and improve satisfaction, quality, and ratings.
Lead complex innovation programs and next-generation product platforms in the Kitchen Core and Home Care categories.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience.
Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
Ability to work in a balanced office-based setup in the Netherlands, with work-from-home flexibility based on team needs and individual circumstances.

Experience or strong affinity with technology-intensive or complex innovation programs.
