Salary: €100,400 - €167,300 (Amsterdam)

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for knowledge management and AI.
• Lead the delivery of project spaces and personalization tools within an agile squad.
• Conduct rigorous customer discovery to understand how researchers manage and build on their knowledge.
• Use analytics and hypothesis-driven experimentation to guide product decisions.
• Partner with embedded data scientists to evaluate AI response accuracy, relevance, and trust.
• Collaborate with core retrieval and storage teams to optimize how the AI reasons over uploaded documents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least three consecutive years at one employer.
• Proven experience with AI/ML products, specifically generative AI, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• Strong delivery leadership within an agile squad; early-stage or startup experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using knowledge management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, Obsidian, or Notion.
• Ability to reason about technical architecture and AI behavior with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Deep customer-discovery instincts to translate user pain points into product decisions.
