What you will do

• Reinvent the sales workflow by moving Account Executives and Key Account Managers to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment.
• Build and sequence the product roadmap across the full sales funnel, prioritizing highest-impact automation over “nice to have” features.
• Work hands-on with prompts, connectors, and evaluation to understand real system behavior and unblock progress.
• Empower faster, more relevant offers by combining knowledge of offers, content, and market signals.
• Keep the overall experience coherent by partnering with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas.
• Drive outcomes by minimizing low-value work and increasing offer relevance and win rate.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work from France.
• At least 5 years in product management (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment; seniority is expected.
• Strong interest in AI, including experience building AI products or deep eagerness to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production (including failure modes).
• Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable working close to the product “engine room” (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation).
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong product execution: set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively with quality, speed, and impact.
