What you will do

• Design and implement demand generation programs to acquire new logos across DACH, targeting IT personas such as CIOs and CISOs.
• Develop scalable demand engines for emerging segments, including Cloud, AI, and Business Intelligence.
• Execute account-based and segment-focused campaigns to expand the sales pipeline and drive measurable revenue impact.
• Deliver mid-funnel initiatives including co-creation workshops, roundtables, webinars, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Channel teams to execute locally-driven campaigns.
• Manage budgets and timelines while conducting performance tracking and ROI analysis.

Requirements

• University or bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication.
• Proven experience in marketing execution within an IT or technology vendor environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills for engaging diverse internal and external audiences.
• Must be based in Ismaning, Munich.
