Location: Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
Salary: €69,900 – €115,500

What you will do
- Own the DACH marketing strategy, including awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing programs with BFSI business objectives.
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic accounts.
- Manage regional marketing plans, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Execute events, tradeshows, and customer-facing programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
- Proven experience marketing to Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and sales partnership skills.
- Experience developing integrated multi-touch marketing programs.
- Experience with named-account ABM strategies.
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
