Employee Relations Specialist

What you will do

• Independently manage workplace investigations from intake to outcome, including interviews and evidence review.
• Coordinate Occupational Health and Workplace Support cases across Europe, acting as the primary contact for providers.
• Provide daily guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on disciplinary processes and performance management.
• Support the development and implementation of global and local HR policies, training materials, and manager resources.
• Maintain confidential case records and analyze Employee Relations trends for periodic reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and People Operations to ensure fair and consistent policy application.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or investigation-focused roles.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom to support the hybrid work model.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems (experience with Workday and Navex is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
