People Business Partner (AI)

Location: Remote in EMEA, preferably the United Kingdom or Ireland; open to the United States for EST-based candidates with EMEA employment experience.

Salary: £82,200–£123,200 in the United Kingdom; €92,600–€139,000 in Ireland; $143,900–$215,900 in the United States; CA$143,900–CA$215,900 in Canada. Equity and bonus opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, performance standards, and change management communications.
• Handle complex people challenges, performance matters, employee relations cases, and exits across EMEA jurisdictions.
• Drive performance review, promotion, and engagement survey processes for the client group.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence, employee relations partners, and internal legal counsel on people initiatives and investigations.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve the efficiency, insight, and scalability of day-to-day People processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Business Partner.
• Experience advising and coaching leaders on performance management, employee relations, and exits across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting varied client groups; go-to-market experience is an asset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a global, fully remote, distributed environment and flex across time zones.
• Strong relationship-building, coaching, judgment, and solution-focused skills in ambiguous and fast-moving situations.
• Ability to use AI in daily work for productivity, analysis, and sharper insight.
