Talent Acquisition & People Partner (UKI & EMEA)

Location: London office, at least 60% of the time

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across UKI and EMEA for retail and corporate roles at varied levels.
• Manage role briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and candidate communication.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines while reducing reliance on recruitment agencies.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment, selection, and recruitment best practices.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and improve recruitment processes and employer brand.
• Support employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and regional HR projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a broad HR role with significant recruitment responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers, including coaching and constructive challenge.
• Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and market benchmarking.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders, and projects.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 60% of the time.
