Associate HR Business Partner

Location: Hybrid role based in Andover, United Kingdom, with office attendance required once a week.

What you will do

• Partner with employees and managers across Poland and Hungary, advising on HR policies and procedures.
• Support pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist with employee relations cases while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data to generate insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Deliver regional HR projects, including engagement activities, onboarding programs, and service awards.
• Maintain HR documentation in line with company policies, branding, and local legislative requirements.

Requirements

• Previous HR generalist experience supporting the employee lifecycle, preferably in a multi-country or international environment.
• Knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices.
• Experience or exposure to employee relations casework.
• Familiarity with HR data, reporting, Excel, or HR systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent English and Polish are required.
