Senior People Partner, Technology & Product (AI)

What you will do

• Redesign R&D organization structures, team topology, and ways of working with engineering and product leaders.
• Translate the impact of AI on work into decisions about roles, skills, productivity, and team composition.
• Rebuild performance, hiring, onboarding, merit, and talent systems for technology teams.
• Identify future capabilities and align talent planning with upcoming business needs.
• Help leaders make faster decisions in ambiguous environments and build sustainable, high-performing teams.
• Use data and insight in people decisions while applying judgment where dashboards are insufficient.

Requirements

• Experience working closely with R&D or engineering teams.
• Experience contributing to meaningful organizational transformation.
• Ability to redesign core HR systems when existing processes do not fit.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work.
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments where clarity develops over time.
• Belief that People functions are a core driver of business performance.
