Assistant Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking)

Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Role is restricted to UAE National applicants only.

What you will do

• Acquire new commercial clients and cross-sell the full suite of banking products to meet assigned targets.
• Build and maintain detailed client dossiers to advise on financial solutions and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare credit applications and monitor risk profiles to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with support units to facilitate seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial banking environment.
• Strong understanding of credit risk and banking products.
