Business Relationship Manager (Abuja) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, social media, and community marketing events.
• Acquire customers by selling and cross-selling banking products and services.
• Build and maintain current business relationships while understanding customer financial needs.
• Conduct market research, identify sales opportunities, and evaluate customer requirements.
• Create sales and marketing strategies, review team performance, and work with colleagues to achieve targets.
• Present products and services, gather customer feedback, and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of in-depth sales experience, preferably in banking.
• Strong understanding of the local financial services industry.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Ability to execute goals independently with little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and tertiary education from a recognised institution.
• Must be located in Abuja, Nigeria.
