What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Drive project discovery and planning by collaborating with stakeholders to define use cases and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, QA, Security, and Compliance.
• Manage project execution, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies and promote continuous improvement using Scrum and Azure Boards.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, and governance standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing Data and/or AI projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering AI products from initiation through production release.
• Strong expertise in project planning, delivery governance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure Boards.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML delivery principles and healthcare data standards.
• Must be based in the UAE.
