What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data and AI products for a large-scale healthcare digital transformation program.
- Define use cases, requirements, success metrics, delivery roadmaps, scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, QA, Security, Compliance, Operations, customer stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, resources, delivery metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.
- Facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies and promote continuous improvement using Scrum practices and Azure Boards.
- Ensure deliverables meet healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, and organizational governance standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing Data and/or AI projects, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience delivering Data and AI products from initiation through production release with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in project planning, delivery governance, budgeting, resource planning, scope management, and risk management.
- Experience working with cross-functional Product, Data Science, Engineering, QA, Security/Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Azure Boards.
- Understanding of AI/ML delivery principles, healthcare systems, healthcare data, healthcare data standards, and data privacy regulations.
