What you will do

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with B2B clients.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct client analysis to understand strategy, expansion plans, and pain points.
• Serve as a first line of defense for AML, financial crime, and sanctions risks.
• Facilitate the testing and implementation of new products and services.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and maximize utilization of CRM systems like HubSpot and SuiteCRM.

Requirements

• Must have 1-3 years of experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, or FX industries.
• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in B2B sales.
• High-level understanding of payment service providers, specifically bank transfers in the EU and UK.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• General understanding of CRM practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of international regulation, compliance, and AML/KYC frameworks.
