Account Executive (Fintech)

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving growth in the UK and Ireland markets by prospecting and closing new SMB and Mid-Market opportunities with an accent on outbound lead generation and discovery. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, optimizing the pipeline in CRM, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin or London), minimum 2 days per week required in office

What you will do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across SMB and Mid-Market segments in the UK and Ireland.
• Source leads and generate new business independently.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to communicate product value to prospects.
• Negotiate and close deals that align with both customer and company needs.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track all interactions within the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of outbound Account Executive experience or sales experience within the Health Insurance and Pension space.
• Minimum of 1 year of BDR/SDR experience.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Experience in B2B organizations, fintech, or financial services.
• Must be able to work from the Dublin or London office at least 2 days per week
