What you will do

• Support the client onboarding process, including gathering information and coordinating with the KYC team.
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving queries from accountant partners via email and phone.
• Manage HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate customer data, prospect tracking, and pipeline information.
• Prospect new small-to-medium accountancy firms to uncover partnership opportunities.
• Lead the follow-up process for inbound leads from website enquiries and marketing campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of sole practitioners and small accountancy firms to enhance account management.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Evidence of sales and account management outperformance in similar roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in CRM management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
