Senior Events Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Support the delivery of flagship global events and lead strategic executive summits from concept to execution.
• Manage end-to-end event planning including budgeting, production, venue sourcing, and onsite operations.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects across different regions while maintaining high execution standards.
• Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Legal, and Security to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Collaborate with external agencies and production partners to execute world-class experiences.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across the event portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional event management experience, specifically with international conferences and large-scale events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with complex workstreams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior leadership and global teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30% of the time.
• Ability to travel with minimal visa restrictions is highly preferred.
