What you will do

• Own and operate hirify.global and hirify.global Foundation social channels, including X, blogs, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Translate marketing strategy, ecosystem narratives, and campaign direction into long- and short-form content.
• Manage the social content calendar, internal requests, and partner promotion opportunities.
• Develop channel-specific strategies balancing planned content with reactive, real-time engagement.
• Monitor ecosystem conversations, trends, sentiment, and performance data to refine content decisions.
• Engage with the community, host Spaces, respond from brand accounts, and coordinate with GTM, Growth, Product, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK for this remote role.
• 3+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience, ideally in crypto or Web3.
• Working knowledge of blockchain and DeFi fundamentals, including AMMs, staking, governance, lending, and Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Strong, versatile writing skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to varied audiences.
• Experience with reactive posting, real-time engagement, social analytics, and monitoring tools.
• Reliable, organized, independent, and collaborative approach to execution.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing a blockchain or crypto-native technology brand.
• Deep understanding of hirify.global’s market position, strengths, trade-offs, and ecosystem.
