Growth Marketing Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago and work at least 4 days per week at hirify.global HQ

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD base salary per year, plus equity

hirify.global is a Chicago-headquartered payment service provider using stablecoins, AI-driven fraud prevention, instant settlement, global pay-ins, multi-currency FX, and unified payouts.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, logistics, guest lists, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for the event program.
• Develop community and brand initiatives that generate revenue and partnership opportunities.
• Draft, publish, distribute, and report on blog posts, social content, and newsletters.
• Manage daily social media activity, engagement, reporting, and consistent brand voice across channels.
• Run growth experiments involving social media, landing pages, and community-led growth loops.
• Track payments-industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and campaign planning.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field; internship experience counts.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, Illinois, with at least 4 days per week on-site at hirify.global HQ.
• Strong writing skills for social copy, blog posts, and newsletter content.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple content and event workstreams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with limited hand-holding.
• Hands-on curiosity with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, plus an interest in fintech, payments, or stablecoins.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media scheduling or lightweight design tools such as Canva or Figma.
• Startup or fast-growth company experience.
• Experience supporting live events, including logistics, vendor coordination, or on-site execution.
• Familiarity with stablecoins, crypto, or the broader payments space.
