Senior Campaign Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Own active influencer and UGC campaigns from initial brief to final performance reporting.
• Source and manage creator partnerships to build high-quality, repeatable content.
• Brief creators and manage internal creative feedback loops to ensure tight timelines and high quality.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify actionable insights and implement improvements.
• Manage up to leadership by proactively communicating status and resolving blockers.
• Navigate cross-functional workflows across product and creative teams independently.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience running influencer and UGC campaigns for tech companies.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and implement measurable changes.
• Experience managing creator relationships, including sourcing and briefing.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and managing up to directors.
• Genuine fluency in online culture and current content trends.
• Strong written communication skills for creative briefs and performance summaries.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working on crypto, web3, or fintech products.
• Experience marketing products that require audience education.
