Specialist - Site Planner

Location: IDN - Pasuruan - Jawa Timur, Indonesia

What you will do

• Create and manage monthly production plans and schedules.
• Analyze inventory, material availability, demand, supply, and production capacity to support efficient operations.
• Execute fulfillment planning in line with the global planning calendar and support customer service targets.
• Monitor planning KPIs, including customer service level, capacity, runtime accuracy, and plan adherence.
• Manage supply and demand changes, source changes, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
• Support continuous improvement, operational excellence, cGMP compliance, and site safety, health, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, or industrial engineering.
• Preferably 5 years of experience in production planning and material management.
• Knowledge of SAP and APO, with strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
• Knowledge of cGMP in manufacturing or packaging operations, operational excellence, and materials handling systems.
• Good written and verbal English is required for day-to-day communication.
• Willingness to learn end-to-end supply chain processes, planning systems, inventory management, risk and compliance, and continuous improvement methods.
