What you will do

• Plan bulk and API material requirements to ensure availability for production and minimize material discards.
• Track supplier deliveries, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support customer service objectives.
• Review and reschedule material requirements in SAP, including artwork changes and source changes.
• Maintain SAP material master, production planning data, BOM information, and planning master data governance.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF and provide analysis for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support site planning as a backup Site Planner while following safety, quality, SHE, and cGMP requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, or industrial engineering.
• Two years of experience in production planning and material management is preferred; fresh graduates with strong supply chain knowledge are also considered.
• Knowledge of material transportation, inventory management, master production scheduling, and material handling systems.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA, material master data, production planning modules, and BOM.
• Knowledge of cGMP in manufacturing or packaging operations and operational excellence.
• Good written and verbal English is required for day-to-day communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of customs clearance.
• Experience with production planning and material management.
