Operation Specialist (SAP MM)

What you will do

• Coordinate with local vendors, PSC, OPT, OFL, and internal Sales, Service, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Monitor daily order planning, reschedule purchase requisitions for urgent requirements, and support on-time delivery to promise dates.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation and evidence for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Execute procurement administration, including purchase order follow-up, system updates, indirect PO distribution, and Vendor Master Data administration.
• Coordinate TKDN local-content requirements and communication with the independent verification company.
• Support QHSE nonconformance resolution and oversee machinery and building maintenance activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in management quality systems and continual improvement.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English communication in speaking and writing.
• Knowledge of TKDN and importation processes.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and the ability to communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
