What you will do

  • Manage demand and supply planning activities to maintain product availability and supply continuity.
  • Review sales forecasts, communicate changes to regional planning stakeholders, and convert demand requirements into replenishment plans.
  • Create, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders for local and imported products.
  • Optimize inventory through safety stock, target stock, aging, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory management.
  • Monitor product availability, identify shortages and supply risks, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Procurement, suppliers, manufacturing plants, and regional planning teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in supply chain, demand, supply, or inventory planning.
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory management, and supply balancing.
  • Hands-on experience translating demand forecasts into supply plans and purchase orders.
  • Advanced SAP knowledge covering planning, inventory management, replenishment, and purchasing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
