Warehouse Support Leader

What you will do

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and material handling activities.
• Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, control, and issuing of inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain ERP and warehouse records, and support inventory planning.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, import/export documentation, stocktakes, and cycle counts.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, allocate daily work, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance while improving warehouse performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or materials management.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience supervising employees or coordinating warehouse activities.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience with import/export documentation, logistics coordination, warehouse metrics, and reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing, rail, mining, engineering, or other industrial environments.
