What you will do

• Drive end-to-end project execution and maintain predictable delivery throughput.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to align on priorities, scope, and sequencing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, supporting their career growth.
• Communicate timelines, risks, and status updates to engineering and domain leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure high-quality solution design and implementation using modern engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing software product development teams.
• Must be based in Poland (Hybrid/Remote role).
• Strong background in commercial-grade software development and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD).
• Proven ability to manage remote or distributed teams effectively.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies in product development.
