Location: Hybrid, must be able to work 2 days per week from the office in Warszawa, Poland

Salary: 28,000 – 37,000 PLN net/month (B2B)

What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams to ensure operational excellence and high-quality delivery.
• Take full ownership of engineering execution from strategic planning to production.
• Drive platform modernization, cloud migration, and technology standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and executive leadership to align technical execution with business goals.
• Mentor and coach engineering managers and technical leads to foster organizational growth.
• Promote engineering best practices, automation, and AI-assisted development across the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering organizations responsible for large-scale enterprise software delivery.
• Strong leadership background managing multiple engineering teams and driving organizational growth.
• Hands-on experience with .NET and C# to guide technical strategy and review decisions.
• Experience leading cloud transformation or large-scale platform evolution initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Warszawa, Poland for hybrid work.

• Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI-driven software engineering practices.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based enterprise platforms.
